All of our products here at Benjhamin Oak are made in small batches. Therefore, it can take up to 7 business days for a order to be be processed and up to 7 business days (not guaranteed) for your package to be received once shipped. Any delays in shipping by UPS are unfortunately out of our control. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. We are NOT liable for lost packages, stolen packages or delays in shipping by UPS.
